The artwork itself is brilliant and eye-catching. I would have preferred a little more detail in the darker areas, but that's just a personal thing. I love how the eye is immediately drawn to the fire at the back, and consequently, the Mockingjay pin.
The setting's a little too futuristic and sci-fi for my liking, but again, that's a personal preference. I always imagined the scenery as relatively rustic, even in the Capitol. It's hard to tell which scene is being depicted here, but the overall idea is definitely clear. The expression on Katniss' face clearly shows that she has become a fully-realised figurehead and fighter for the rebels, and not just someone looking after the needs of her immediate companions.
Overall, this is a brilliant job, and it's going in my favourites. Well done!
